The usual pool opening hours are from 11:00 to 19:00; however, it will remain closed from 13 October 2025 until further notice regarding the start of the season.

The pool bar is closed for the season. Its reopening in 2026 will be announced on mediumhoteles’ official channels.
Is there a gym and what are its opening hours?
Yes, the gym is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00. You will find it on the ground floor.
What is breakfast like and when is it served?
We offer a buffet breakfast from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:30. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:00.
Is breakfast included in the booking?
No, you have the option to add it when making your booking or request it at Reception once you are already staying.
Does hotel medium valencia have a restaurant?
Our hotel has a Lounge Bar with a full food and drinks menu. Opening hours are from 18:30 to 23:30, Monday to Sunday. The kitchen is open only until 22:30.
Can I book half board or full board?
No. You can book your stay with optional breakfast, but we do not offer other board options. However, the Lounge Bar offers food and drink options between 18:30 and 23:30, and the area is surrounded by various dining options in nearby streets.

Yes, it is open only during high season in line with the pool opening hours. The bar menu offers food and drinks.

1 towel per person is provided free of charge. Loss of the towel incurs a €20 fee. Sunbed reservation is not allowed.

Yes, we are one of the few hotels in Valencia with our own 24-hour covered parking. Spaces are limited and cost €18 per day. Advance reservation is not possible.

How can I get there by public transport?
If you choose the bus, you can reach the hotel via lines 6, 14, 18, 25 and 35. You can also arrive by metro using Line 10 and getting off at Amado Granell Mesado station. A taxi rank is also located 1 minute from the hotel.

We offer online check-in; you will receive instructions by email after booking when available. Early check-in is free of charge.
