There are 3 tiers:
- Welcome: from registration.
- Select: after accumulating 10 nights.
- Privilege: after accumulating 25 nights.

- Discounts on stays and breakfast: 5%, 10%, or 15%.

Do the club benefits apply to all hotels in the chain?
Yes, the benefits apply to all hotels in the chain (Sitges, Valencia, Llafranc, and Platja d’Aro), subject to availability at each establishment.

To enjoy the benefits, you must log in to your Club account and make your booking through the official medium hoteles website.
Can I combine the club discount with other promotions or negotiated rates?
No, the club discounts cannot be combined with other promotional rates, group rates, or corporate negotiated rates.
Can I link a booking made through other portals (Booking, Expedia, etc.)?
No. In order to enjoy the exclusive benefits of the Club, bookings must be made directly through the official medium hoteles website. Bookings made through third parties do not qualify as valid nights for the club, nor do they entitle you to any benefits.
Can I link my stays from before registering?
No, only nights accumulated from the date of registration since April 2023 and with bookings made directly on our website are counted.
Can I share my account with another person?
No, the Club medium hoteles membership is personal and non-transferable. The benefits are associated exclusively with the account holder.
How can I update my contact details?
It’s very easy. You just need to access your member portal by logging in with your email and password. From your profile, you can manage and update all your contact details at any time.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership whenever you wish. To do so, access your account and request to cancel in the security section, or write to our support center.
