Parking
We have a private covered car park (€18 per day/space).
Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
To use the service, drive your car directly into the car park and ring the bell so that we can raise the barrier. You must leave your vehicle on the lower floor.
Once you have parked, go to Reception to complete the registration with your licence plate number.
The height of the car park is 2.40 metres.
Lounge Bar
The hotel lobby is home to the Lounge Bar, a space that invites you to relax alone or in company, sharing a glass of wine, some tapas or whatever you fancy from our drinks and food menu.
It has an outdoor terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool.
Open every day from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
Kitchen open from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Valencia has more than 156 kilometres of cycle lanes and allows you to take routes both within the urban centre and in the metropolitan area.
At our hotel we offer you the possibility of renting a standard or electric bike directly.
Reservations are not accepted and the minimum rental period is 24 hours. Payment must be made at Reception.

Standard bike: €14/day | If rental is 2 days or more, the rate is €12/day
Electric bike: €25/day | If rental is 3 days or more, the rate is €22/day

In case of fire
How to act in the event of a fire inside the hotel premises.
- Keep calm, do not shout or run.
- Do not open the windows. Avoid letting more oxygen into the burning space.
- Dial 9 on the telephone, you will speak to reception and report the emergency situation as soon as possible.
- In your room you have a map showing the nearest emergency exits. Recognise the exits and follow the evacuation route.
- Leave the room and follow the evacuation instructions.
- Do not use the lift.
- If the evacuation routes are filled with smoke, return to your room, place wet towels under the doors and make yourself visible through the window.
