What to do in the event of fire

• 1. Stay calm, don't shout or run.
• 2. Do not open the windows. You prevent more oxygen from entering the burning space.
• 3. Dial 9 on the telephone, speak to reception and report the emergency situation as soon as possible.
• 4. In your room you have a map with the nearest emergency exits. Recognise the exits and follow the evacuation route.
• 5. Leave the room and follow the evacuation instructions.
• 6. Do not use the lift.
• 7. If the evacuation routes are overrun by smoke, go back to your room and place wet towels under the doors and show yourself through the window.
